If our non-binding offer finds your approval, we ask for a short confirmation by E-Mail. A written confirmation of the reservation by the guest is binding.

We kindly ask for a subsequent down payment of 50 % of the total price by bank transfer or credit card within 7 days.

After receiving the deposit, which we will confirm, the reservation is binding and guaranteed.

Not consumed services (for example breakfast & dinner) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival is free of charge. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price will be charged. For cancellations between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival we charge 70% and within the last two weeks before arrival we charge 90 % of the arrangement price.

For late arrival or early departure no refund is possible.

If, for whatever reason, your reservation is cancelled up to 10 weeks before your arrival, the cancellation fee is Euro 50,- per person.

The closest airports are: Zürich (200 km), Innsbruck (120 km), Friedrichshafen (130 km).

During the winter season there is a very good shuttle connection between Zürich Airport and Lech with the Arlberg Express. You can find prices and timetables here.

The nearest train stations are Langen am Arlberg (15 km) and St. Anton am Arlberg (20 km). There are regular taxi and bus connections (line 91 and line 92). The transfer time is approx. 20 minutes from Langen am Arlberg and approx. 30 minutes from St. Anton am Arlberg.
